In the focus of this story is the young French Debora, employed in the French embassy in Sarajevo. She decides to make a picking with her friends on the mountains near Sarajevo.
She’s taking a jump with paraglide. Debora falls from the sky on Mehmed, who graze his cows on the top of the mountain Bjelanica. Debora can’t understand Mehmed, neither Mehmed Debora.
One thing is clear Debora must get to Saraevo, and Mehmed has to help her...

Director Dusan Milic after the comedy “Strawberry in supermarket” is coming back with “Gucha” in which he is trying to immortalize wildest music festival in the world. This known festival of steel instruments or trumpeters is organized since 1961 in the place called Gucha, in Serbia. This small place has only 3.000 inhabitants, but a half a million people come to be a part of this festival. Regular guests are Goran Bregovic and Emir Kusturica. But Milic is not satisfied only with document of this event, he follows the love story between a gipsy and an orthodox girl.

The original inspiration for the film is a tragic incident which took place in the Romanian revolution in 1989, in which two armored squads of Interior Ministry troops that went to protect a military unit were accidentally butchered.
In the days of the departure of the Ceausescu, over 1,000 people died in such accidents and personal vendettas.
"The Paper Will Be Blue" tries to recreate the emotion of those days from the point of view of ordinary people who participated in the events.
